    PNB MetLife Term Insurance Company I had the opportunity to work with PNB MetLife Term Insurance in Mumbai, Goregaon, for a year, serving as a Relationship Manager. My role primarily involved communicating with customers, collecting documents, and facilitating the issuance of term insurance policies. Throughout my tenure, I experienced a positive work environment, with supportive team members and helpful managers. The office infrastructure was also commendable, with a well-appointed cafeteria and generous break times, including a one-hour lunch break and separate morning and evening tea breaks. One notable aspect of the company is its positive and collaborative team culture. Although the team size has decreased since my tenure, I found the overall work experience to be fulfilling. For prospective employees, I would recommend PNB MetLife Term Insurance as a good company to work for, especially for those with limited experience or salaries ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month. However, it's essential to note that the company's salary range may not exceed ₹25,000 per month, which may be not a consideration for more experienced professionals or those with higher salary expectations. Freshers or 1 year experience person can prefer. Overall, I would rate my experience at PNB MetLife Term Insurance as positive, and I would encourage others to consider this company as a potential employer.
